Fulfilling job helping educate kids Other staff are nice, welcoming environment

No where even close to how many hours were advertised, Had as few as 3 hours a week, regularly worked 5-7 or so, was scheduled for 1 hour on some days (Advertisements claimed 8 - 20 hours) Pay is minimum ($15). I asked about starting higher (other locations offer more for same role), but was refused, they claimed they couldn't pay more to be fair to other employees
