Pros

They are okay to work for. They have been improving in meeting current benefit standards.

Cons

When a government contract is up in the air due to funding, NCI does not take into consideration of compensating employees or working with employees to move them to other opportunities that they may have open. Although, the majority of the employees are non-exempt you are still treated as an exempt employee. In other words, they will only pay you what is billable.

Pros

NCI is a good company that is continually growing. The company works hard to retain good people and will make concessions to do so.

Cons

Advancement can be slow as the company may have limited positions at some sites. Wages may be lower than other companies providing services at the same site.
