      Pros

      It's a paycheck, a small one but a paycheck.

      Cons

      Just about everything. They will bid on contracts with a below basement number just to win said contract then force you to take a 10 to 20K a year pay cut. In doing this, they lose much of the top-tier talent they have and end up trying to hire replacements who will work for the meager wages they offer. You get what you pay for. The benefits are as good as the pay.

      Nice building and courtyard, great experience, corporate-like & professional atmosphere, Christmas party every year and small company events throughout the year

      Cons

      Low pay, expensive benefits and no acknowledgement from higher ups
