      Pros

      Flexible, and laid back. Management is very caring and understanding. The hardest part of this job is staying awake.

      Cons

      The salary is very low for a RN, but you can't expect a lot because the work is very easy and not stressful.

      Pros

      Cool positions and environments to work in. Co-workers were almost all nice interesting people.

      Cons

      Job titles were not accurate and compensation was below industry averages by a large margin.

      Pros

      People are essentially nice wherever you go and this is no different at NCI. Benefits are offered along the lines of many other companies in the same space.

      Cons

      Departments work in silos and rarely engage with each other. Exceedingly poor first day and first month experience. No effort is made to create a welcoming atmosphere and outline what the company does or is trying to do. No sense of belonging to a shared vision.
