Overall culture is fantastic. The folks in the field are easy to work with. From the COO down to the VPs, there is an open door policy.

Cons

The contract shop needs a revitalization. Folks have been in the same position for over 20+ years and don't understand the need for change (growth). They do not trust their employees. NO ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT!
