      Pros

      There are a few people that care about your well-being and career. That's all I can say about this company.

      Cons

      Management is out for themselves. You are just a number and make you feel like you are lucky to have a job. Poor morale and no teamwork. High turnover. Stay away!

      Pros

      Room for advancement, and great opportunities for highly motivated employee. Compensation good if you ask for it.

      Cons

      The high deductible ($8000) Health Insurance. I have good health - so I am going with Basic, and that is working well with the HSA I contribute to paying costs easily. But, it would be a catastrophe if a ... catastrophic illness occurred, as my annual OOP cap is $13,000. I don't mind the high deductible, because the HSA makes it workable. But the annual OOP is untenable. Just adds unneeded worry/financial risk. Also, there is no formal process in place to give feedback to HR about HI, hence I'm doing it here.
