      Pros

      Pay is average compared to others.

      Cons

      Executive management is run by "family" and can never do wrong. The CEO changes his mind almost weekly on the direction just depends on what book he happens to be reading that week. Company makes money in spite of its self.

      Pros

      You'll work with people who are only moderately competent, so there won't be a lot of pressure to perform in a way that'll actually drive business value.

      Cons

      The leadership in certain functional areas is pretty bad--for example, the CMO is a narcissist who doesn't even know how to market this kind of business in an impactful way. She claims to be "a builder", but she hires toxic staff and bounces from company to company because she's been fired/asked to leave most of her previous jobs. The CEO, Shaun, is a nice guy, but he can't see the forest for the trees and isn't effectively leading his executive management team.
