      None. Free food does not substitute proper compensation, respect, and a good work culture.

      The leadership is absolutely terrible. Top management is in cahoots. It's unlikely anything will change

      Pros

      PTO, sometimes free food, 40 hour work weeks. Other than that literally nothing is good.

      Cons

      Everything. The management did questionable things to get their position. You’re just a body, you’re not special or treated right at this company. They Overwork you for little pay, and make you do things out of your pay grade. They give you a false sense of security with the high number of people but they will fire you just to hire someone for less money. Please don’t look at the positive reviews and think this is a good place to work.
