      Nice break room Work from home Team events Flexible work schedule

      Cons

      Low pay for sales representative who are the most important people at the company that generates revenue. Management never honor their words about commission - you will never or hardly get paid out. Company is always changing and discontinuing products which in turn messes with your sales growth = no commission. You have to wait 2-3 quarters to get paid out for Q1.

      Coffee is good Clean restrooms

      Cons

      Cheap health care plans No professional growth No recognition for hard work No salary hikes even after inflation Management gets more PTO then the employees No face time with CEO or any management Really rude mangers Rules doesn’t apply for some people, they can do whatever they want as they please. Lay people off when they are up for a raise and hire people with no experience in their place just to save a buck, how cruel it is Management doesn’t care about staff
