Empower is a rapidly growing, fast-paced, exciting, fun and intellectually challenging place to work. There is never a dull moment and there seems to be many opportunities for employees at all levels to grow, to be heard, and to find a place within the company that will allow one to excel.

Cons

Rapidly growing companies often have trouble keeping all staff on the same page with a clear picture of the future and each employee's role in it. There sometimes seems to some lack of communication down to every level but, to management's credit, there seems to be an open door policy and willingness to discuss issues with any employee.
