Pros

A fast-growing company in a very exciting and rewarding field. Pay is good with a clear path towards scalability if you are willing to work hard. Training is thorough and informative. There is a positive culture that continues to improve with better leadership.

Cons

Due to the rapid company growth, the pharmacy is often short staffed which can place extra workload on employees. Sometime's there can be periods of turmoil while new departments or processes are being implemented to accommodate the expansion. This is not necessarily a negative since it can be expected, however, it might be an important consideration for someone seeking a job with a low workload.

Pros

Growing, young, ambitious, committed, forward thinking company. CEO is a great person that is smart and does what is best for the company and it's people. With that approach, the bottom line will take care of itself and he understands that. Empower has a all-star staff of upper level management and Medical Science Experts that knows the compounding and manufacturing industry like no other. JDB is a walking encyclopedia for the products that we have and the industry. You will not find anyone on this planet with more knowledge. Gabbi, Tara, retention and account management is the "Oil" that keeps this machine running as smooth as it does.

Cons

With growth comes growing pains. Empower has products that A LOT of patients and providers want and need. We sometimes have trouble with keeping up with the huge demand. Phone wait times are an issue that has gotten better but still room for improvement.

Pros

The company is growing so quickly; each employee has the ability to make an impact on the continued success. It’s really fast paced and you get to work with really smart people!

Cons

It’s not an 8-5 business. People who work here do whatever it takes to meet the needs of our customers and our business so you have to be willing to put in the work and the hours to get the job done. It’s rewarding, but it does require someone who likes the start-up feel.
