      Company continues to over extend their employees with mergers that that systems are not ready for essentially leaving client facing employees “holding the bag”.

      Can Be Stressful, But Worth It

      Pros

      - Fully remote - Generous PTO - Paid holidays - Leadership values you & your input - Benefits in general are pretty great - Huge focus on career progression within the company, they prefer to hire within - Annual bonus - Tons of resources & assistance available for questions/issues - You don’t have to know anything about retirement plans, they will teach you everything you need to know within the 3 months of paid training - 10% differential for the last 3 hours of the day if you are a closer

      Cons

      - Mandatory Overtime during busy seasons - Have to stay in participant services for 18 months before you can move - Difficult to move into a position off of the phones specifically since the openings are scarce - Callers can be demanding & rude but this is true of any call center

      Unrealistic expectations Slave at your desk Doesn’t want you to take any breaks This company will suck your soul out of you. They have made me hate people and want to bash my head into a wall everyday! RUN!!!
