Pros

Work life balance is great. Leadership is approachable and welcome open communication. They are also, for the most part, transparent about future plans.

Cons

Technology is a little dated, but there are active efforts to get up to speed for all platforms.

Pros

Great culture of innovation that has continuously improved over the years. Empower continues to innovate in industry products, services, customer service, and technology along with reinvesting in its employees through benefits and culture.

Cons

Innovation seems to stagnate in some departments with old and fixed mindsets taking hold. Compensation seems stagnate for longer term employees and compensation seems a little low for some niche positions. Work/Life balance has been a struggle at times due to acquisition and migration efforts.
