Cons

Not many. Maybe higher pay?

Pros

Inclusive culture Good 401k, health, dental, vision benefits Career development 6% company match OUTSTANDING work culture

Cons

Smaller profit-sharing than some competitors (although I am grateful that there IS profit-sharing). For me, being able to work remotely offsets the slightly lower profit-sharing. I LOVE being able to work remotely full-time! As we grow, and this is the case with any large company, creating resources to more easily navigate career development will be needed, and management is working on this.

Pros

I am so proud to work for Empower. I'm proud as a father that I have never had to miss an appointment, doctor visit, or game for my kids. Empower provided the flexibility to take time off and has a great sense of work/life balance.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say about this company.
