I became an Empower employee when they acquired Prudential Financial, Inc.’s full-service retirement business in 2022. For the last two years, I have witnessed this company showing that it cares about the customer as well as their employees. Empower has great flexibility regarding remote work and the transition from Prudential was made relatively painless. The employee benefits are good and pay and bonus are in line with the rest of the industry. I would recommend Empower as a solid place to work for anyone that truly cares about their customers.
