Pros

We are growing rapidly. Strong Senior Leadership that cares. There is lots of opportunity for those that seek it. Fast pace culture where we are not afraid to try new things and correct course as needed.

Cons

Our growth can cause challenges. There can be competing priorities and limited resources in some areas. Some teams are stretched pretty thin. I am confident in leadership to get these fixed long term. You need to be flexible, accept a rapidly changing culture, and understand while there are some growing pains, we will get to the other side

Pros

-Company is innovative and growth mindset. -Most of the people are great to work with -Company offers many solutions for Plan Sponsors with a lot of choice

Cons

-Way too much time looking for answers and processes as an RM. -Half of my day is spent figuring out how to do something and then filling out forms and requests. -The company says that people take ownership, however in my experience, everyone works in a silo ("not my job" mentality) -Everything comes down the bottom line, relationship building is second to profits
