Pros

Company is growing very quickly (both organically and inorganically), which is an undeniably good thing. Lots of opportunity to make a real impact and influence the future direction of the organization. Senior management is very open to new ideas and ways of doing things. Believe they really care about their employees by-and-large.

Cons

The rapid growth has, naturally, lead to some challenges in terms of systems and processes. As such, it can be frustrating/inefficient to get things done; but a lot of that will hopefully get cleaned up in the near future.

Pros

The company has gone through a lot of changes in the last 10 years that have greatly improved the culture. There are so many great people that it makes work more enjoyable and easier! Flexible work options like fully remote, fully in office, or hybrid allow employees to work in the way that is most productive for them.

Cons

Can be high stress with frequent asks for quick turnarounds.
