Fell Below Expectations at every corner

Pros

-Work Schedule -Benefits -Direct supervisors generally had adept in both leadership and empathy vastly superior to upper leadership.

Cons

-Technology was absolutely abysmal. -Inferior equipment and frustrating out-of-date systems and programs. -Hypocrisy in their policy of caring for their clients despite a clear disregard for optimized client experience. worst I've ever seen -Poor upper management/leadership. Not only a nearly non-existent presence, but clear signs of lack of resolve, experience and leadership ability. -Forced PTO usage for ANY needed time off. -non-existent growth structure, extremely infrequent team & one-on-one sessions.

Fast Pace and Forward Thinking

Pros

Fast paced environment, challenging and rewarding are the top things that come to mind. Empower does live its values and takes the client focus to heart with every decision.

Cons

Might not be for those who are not able to handle change and think strategically.
