      Fantastic Employees Respectable Benefits Rapidly Growing Company

      Cons

      Most of Empower's recent growth has been through acquisitions, especially in the large retirement plan space. Empower does not seem committed to training and equipping their employees with the tools and resources that they need to effectively service their plan participants. Empower is desperate to increase assets under management and improve their profitability but seems unwilling to invest in the human resources and technology that today's investors demand.
