      It’s a job, which is better than unemployment

      Cons

      The infrastructure is old, yet it’s a relatively new company. Technology and business model is awful. They keep on buying business without the technology to support it. Too many systems that aren’t in sync. Constant layoffs and talk of tightening expenses. Work much more than 40 hours because of all of the manual work due to lack of proper technology to support their products. No one I know is happy or properly compensated yet Empower is rated a top place to work?!
