      Pros

      Empower is the best company that I've ever worked for. I've been with Empower ~3 years and from day one, I knew I was going to be here for a long time. The culture at Empower is amazing. The people are amazing and what drives our culture - everyone is so genuine and authentic but also open to hearing different ideas and perspectives. The benefits are great! I also love that Empower is so entrepreneurial and growth driven - it gives associates an opportunity to really make a difference and put their own stamp on something. Not only that, it gives people an opportunity to grow their career and continue to develop and learn!

      Cons

      The technology has been lacking but I've seen the company invest a lot of resources to improve this and the updates we get are great!

      good benefits & good pay

      Cons

      calls are non stop specially if you are in the bilingual department, bilingual department(Spanish) lacks resources for employees to help its clients in the same way English customers are taken care off, prepare yourself for mental exhaustion,
