Our benefits include tuition reimbursement for higher education, and historically 30 – 40% of our positions have been filled internally. We have been and continue to make significant investments into our technology for both associates and clients.

They promise $60,000 / year bonus but in reality non of the advisors can hit their goal of bringing in $4,000,000 per month so most advisors are getting $500 to $1000 bonuses every 2 months
