Pros

It is growing company that has lots of opportunities to transfer to different jobs within the company.

Cons

They hire young, beautiful people without much experience for management jobs. Many have no management experience and are difficult to work for. They do not value experience and normally pass over more experienced, older workers that could bring a lot of valuable information and hire younger, inexperienced workers, then continue to promote them. If you are over 40, you most likely won't get hired in a management postion.

Thank you for providing feedback on your experience as an EmpowerMe team member – your input is incredibly valuable. Your suggestion related to hiring for experience is especially noted. As a rapidly growing company, we are constantly looking for ways to allow our team members to grow within the organization, both personally and professionally. These career growth opportunities are offered to help create an exceptional leadership team that welcomes a mix of team members – those with greater experience in the industry and those with a fresher perspective. Our one unifying criteria is a desire to provide the best possible care for the seniors we serve. If you have additional feedback, we hope you will reach out to discuss your time at EmpowerMe further. We are always looking to improve to better serve our team members.

Pros

Fair pay, benefits, and the recruiter was very nice.

Cons

You are at will. They will hire you to fill a temporary need and suddenly not have placement for you. I saw others be fired without warning and appeared to just be due to not being liked by someone. If you have a family emergency, there is lack of compassion.

Thank you for sharing your experience with EmpowerMe Wellness. Much of what you described in your review runs counter to what we ask of our leaders. To help us rectify the situation, we would be grateful if you would reach out to us to provide more details about the issues you encountered. Regardless, we are truly sorry to hear your time with us did not live up to your expectations, and we would appreciate any help you can offer as we work to make EmpowerMe a better place to work.

Pros

Great mission statement, focus on being proactive instead of reactive in promoting health and wellness.

Cons

Benefits are poor, mgmt. expects two jobs, but pays you for 75% of one job, all training and region meetings are conducted via TEAMS/ZOOM, mentoring is non existent, regional directors are assistants who overstep the scope of their licenses.
