We believe residents and their communities deserve individualized, high-quality care built on relationships, and it sounds like you share the same priorities in that regard that we do! We’re listening to learn and appreciate your comments about hours, benefits, and merit increases. Just to speak for a moment about the introduction of our PCM program--we deeply value our therapists' efforts in identifying residents at their communities who require our services. That's always been the case for therapy services, and it's just as true now that we offer care coordination services through PCM and GUIDE. We know there's been a lot of conversation around these new offerings due to the rollout, but we hope you'll come to see that these are just additional tools in your toolbox to help ensure the health and wellbeing of the residents you work with.
