Minimal PTO, have to use PTO to cover sick days and holidays. Expensive health insurance.

Great place to work, spends time to find out what employees really want and makes changes to increase employee satisfaction. Good benefits. Good pay.

Cons

Onboarding process could be a little more organized, but not a big problem.
