Well for starter, no training. They provide a system that they created and expect you to come in and know their system, yeah good luck with that. If you're a client, run away. They will lie to you and say they know what they're doing. No their not they'll just say yes you no matter what, they'll probably say yes to something the system can't even do! The CSM is supposed to be your contact, well they don't communicate requirements to you well, it's actually pretty bad. You won't have a work life, you'll get a text late at night saying they need something, oh and did I mention the pay is horrible. You'll pretty much be a waiter having a very demanding table and only getting a 1 dollar tip. Also, you'll learn absolutely nothing here. You'll learn "Empyreans" process which is garbage and is forwarding or referencing a confluence pages. I can rant for days about how backwards this place is. But my best advice is don't come here. You'll find the career you want, it takes time.

Management is a joke, clicks in all departments, horrible training. At first I thought it was b/c they were new but as time went on I realized that no one really cared about the work. No family time, worst call center in the history of call centers. We used to joke that the CSR's were selected from local bus stops just so we could fill seats! Complain all you want, bring up issue's and nothing gets done. Managers are bullies, HR is not interested. HR folks like to hide in their offices, so good luck getting any help. Sexist company that rewards males for being males! It was only after getting a new job that I truly realized what a horrible company they are. I have my life and my sanity back. Do not seek employment here, you will regret it.
