There are good people who are trying.

Cons

Leadership is inconsistent and covers up unethical behavior of peers. Only been getting worse over the last year. Terminating employees that actually perform but fabricate false conditions to protect themselves

Job security Lots of people leave and come back Decent Pay & Work from home if not in 50 miles of office

Cons

Not a whole lot of opportunity to grow…they love to dangle the promotion carrot to get you to do more work. CSM role is client facing but you often get stuck doing the work of other roles to get the clients needs met..& yes that is the expectation. Poor leadership, micro aggression that does not get checked. Burnout is the inevitable.
