It's a big and powerful Company but with humans behind the numbers that takes pride in what they do and inspire you with their commitment and motivation. The product assortment is beautiful, the prices are competitive and the Company would do anything to help you to achieve success. The management is very supportive and extremely knowledgeable. Lots of freedom in your management decisions as long as it makes sense for the branch. Great health insurance. Very good training and support. The Company rewards your success and help you with your struggle. They are not there to judge but rather to support you, it's a team work.
Cons
I'm thinking about it but I can't actually complain about anything at the moment, I started recently so I'm still at the beginning but so far so good. It's definitely a very demanding job also in terms of time, the day starts early and sometimes it finishes late but it's definitely worth it.
