Pros

This company values it's employees and wants nothing but the best for them. From their Corporate Office to my local branch, I was welcomed aboard with excitement and enthusiasm. Benefits are offered, all the basics plus a few extras, and no 90 day waiting period... you get your benefits 30 days after your start date. They are growing and expanding fast, but somehow they still make you feel like it is the family owned company that they have always been. For me personally, this company was a perfect fit for me. This company is going places so if you are looking for a place you can grow with, this would be the company of choice.

Cons

I am at the end of my third week here and I can honestly say nothing comes to mind. If I had to put something here I would say that the meal period could be longer since everyday you will be working overtime.

I have been in the Sales/Operations/Customer Service industry for 28 years, Emser Tile is by far the best managed company that I have ever experienced. From the Corporate level to the Branch Level employees really matter. We have the support that it takes to help make our job successful. Best decision I made 4 years ago.

Cons

I have never had any issue with Emser, if you work hard and in the best interest for the company it will pay off.
