      People pull together to try and succeed

      Cons

      They never order enough material to be manufactured, leaving the employees very frustrated trying to please the customers. They claim to foster a family culture, but will let you go as soon as you have one off year in sales. They may pay well, but your quality of life and family time will greatly suffer.

      I was scouted into believing that this company had a lot to offer and immediately learned that was not the case

      Cons

      Long hours low compensation and you will be flat out lied to by management everything you negotiate has to be documented.

      Commercial Territory Sales Rep

      There are some fantastic people within the company

      Training is horrible, support for sales is awful, upper management is totally clueless as to what is happening in the field and only wants to hear the "good stuff," operations staff are totally overworked, their ordering system and pricing structure is archaic and incredibly complicated. I would hope that they finally got a CRM in place, but I wouldn't count on it. Lousy place to work and you can tell by their ridiculous rate of attrition. Also, sales people work Saturdays in the showrooms and do warehouse inventory, both of which are out of line relative to their competition.
