Compensation is above average. It is a growing company and the president of the company has a vision and belief that people should be respected.

Cons

Hours are long! Employees typically work 12 hour days, five days a week. In addition, they are expected to work an additional weekend in addition to. Turnover is high. Not a lot of defined processes.

Very hands on company from the top yet very hands off when it comes to running your business, meaning they have faith in the people they hire to do the right thing and step in when needed. Emser is the most support oriented company I've ever worked for.

Cons

If you spend enough time looking for cons you'll find them in every company. I haven't found a con because I don't look for them. Instead I thrive on the pros which there are many.

You have the ability to write your own ticket. They are growing and you have a lot of potential. It is what you make of it. Win or Lose. Tons of Opportunity They give you the autonomy to go get the business. They pay well.

Cons

You train yourself (sink or swim)... It's like your own business within their business. (it can be good or bad really) Their is too many reports that could be condensed into one.
