Designing kitchens and bathrooms was fun.

Cons

No annual raises unless you beg for a review. If you make a mistake, be ready to be ridiculed in front of co-workers and customers. See something, DON’T say anything…they will find a way to fire you. Long, unnecessary hours with no breaks

Lack of investment in technology for inventory control; stuck with 1990s technology. No phone or computer for managers, but expect you to be able to work remote and use your cell for work calls.

Cons

Regional management team more interested in their individual aspirations than listening to and supporting local efforts. Too many people with their own agendas Turnover rate for Branch Manager positions in a 3 yr period was greater than 70%. That should have been an indicator of above mentioned two items
