Most people are very easy to work with in the company.

Cons

Can be stressful at times. Lots of fires small fires to put out pretty often which can sometimes put stress on those answering calls and putting in orders.

The training was extremely unstructured. Jumped around a lot with no opportunity to grasp the information before being thrown into another account.
