Pros

The dynamic in a branch is fast, fun and family oriented. Interaction with the customers is one of the best aspects of the job especially when they tell you how awesome their experience is compared to going to our competitors! Outside of the branch, the company atmosphere too is very family oriented.

Cons

As might be expected, the environment is not a fit for anyone who doesn't thrive in a team environment. Anyone not pulling his/her weight will certainly not be a good fit and will feel like he/she doesn't belong.

- Growing Company - Good Product Line - Amazing ownership; as Emser is a family run company at heart; while taking some corporate strategies to be able to scale the company. - Upper Management has an "open door". They are willing and always available for any questions/comments. - Ability to transfer locations within the company; Emser is all about taking care of its Employees. - Clients come first atmosphere - We want to create partnerships with our clients.

Cons

- Every company has some gaps. Depending on location of position, the cons could be different as different management styles take place. With my current role, I have great support and upper management - As an overall company, the marketing division and infrastructure of logistics would be the areas that need help. - I would also say the product portfolio is missing a few series that would be a gae changer for the company.

Pros

Management is flexible with scheduling. The quarterly incentives are a plus. You get a Visa gift card every year for the Holidays, and free movie tickets for the 4th of July

Cons

Discriminates against the darker skinned. I worked for a full year with limited training. We hired 2 new people and I trained them, only to find out they were at a higher pay grade than myself.
