This company forced employees to sign an agreement stating they needed to do a mediation instead of getting representation.

Cons

Everything. Cut throat environment. Extremely poor management. Threats. Way too many tiers of management that have zero clue what they’re doing. If you have a family, don’t work here, your future will be uncertain.
