Pros

Customers and non management employees. Get overtime even when you don't want it!

Cons

When managers and regional managers want to try and bully the staff out. They single people out and you can see it happening and you are afraid to say anything because you will be next. Turn over is insane at my branch. Trying to put in for vacation they make you feel bad about time that is yours. No breaks most days due to under staffing plus call outs. Need to listen to those of us working with the clients. Raise your sales goal to an unrealistic place so they have a reason to get rid of people. One person got let go for being on LOA because they filled her position so she couldn't come back and laughed about it to the rest of us. This is not mature at any level. Be careful before working here.

Pros

Decently flexible schedule Great coworkers Heath conscious company Good pay Relocation assistance available Limited ability to work from home Decent time off policy (if you ignore the fact that you don’t start accruing till you hit 90 days)

Cons

Execs and owners can be micro managers with unrealistic expectations of their employees The norm is working a 10+ hr day and no recognition for it They expect miracles but won’t get the staff to achieve it They pay great but the unrealistic expectations makes it impossible to succeed Benefits are extremely expensive

Pros

Salary was great compared to competitors.

Cons

Weekend work. Extremely top heavy with management who micromanaged everything you did; not clear on who was my real boss was since I had more than 10 people telling me what to do and how to do it.
