Pros

Great people. Lots of travel opportunity. Great variety of projects in health and safety (machine guarding, LOTO, confined space, training, compliance). My experience has been is that they are employee oriented. They invest in people they see have potential.

Cons

Work life balance is difficult to attain. Travel can feel nonstop. Sometimes you travel on a Sunday or outside the 8-5 window and there’s no compensation for that in any way. Salaries are low.

Cons

Nepotism runs rampant in this company. More than half the people I came in contact with while working for this company were hired due to a relationship with someone in the office. This favoritism shows in every facet of the work environment and is a shame, as outside of this the company offers a good opportunity for experience in EHS roles.
