Raises, cost of living increases, and bonuses have been non-existent for several years, unless you are an executive (especially the CEO whose pay and benefits increase exponentially).
Basically, relative to the cost of living, my income is less now than when I started 6 years ago. It is disgusting to see upper management rolling in benefits while they strip everything from the people who actually benefit the company... the CEO has done nothing but mismanage the company (creating a bloated and confusing heirarchy of chiefs, resulting in massive layoffs to partially correct the problem and a floundering stock price) yet he is one of the only people in the company who has seen any increase in benefits, ever the last several years.
