Pros

Medical, Dental, and Eye care insurance is very awesome.

Cons

Enbridge has leaders that are not very thoughtful of the working man. They are not caring and understanding of their employees. The company has one option is to keep their employees running back and forth on the highway. The company leaders have set up a program with their supervisors. It's called a grade of high performer or low performers. They have no problem of looking of ways to run their employees off of this grading program. Don't bother working for this company; they look ways to get rid of you if your personality isn't like theirs.

Pros

Bonus structure is transparent, managers try hard even with less than capable tank and file, stable company

Cons

Nearly half of my coworkers appeared to be not engaged and/or feeling like they deserved more compensation (go figure). My time at other companies suggest they are over compensated and/or just lazy but that is my opinion. They seem to always talk about who just got promoted but shouldn’t have, or they talk about other teams and their “should be” responsibilities. This tells me they have alot of time for office politics.

Pros

It's a utility company. No creativity, competence, or productivity needed to be employed or successful at Enbridge. If you need employment stability without any intellectual or productivity demand from your employer, Enbridge is your place. Don't worry about work performance, Enbridge openly discriminates employee job advancement based on race in order to fill race based quotas. No one here has to be concerned with the quality of thier work, employees' suitability for roles is and will continue to be judged by the color of thier skin.

Cons

The executive leadership lies profusely to the employees and administers a very strong aristocratic/pleebian relationship. Canadians know how to create a lot of work, but are hopelessly incompetent when asked to do work. Problem solvers are punished and the most rewarded skill set is avoiding responsibility. The company seeks to be in the middle of pack in pay and compensation. Company leadership has decided it's cheaper to pay less for mediocre minds and tell them they are the best minds than it is to pay for the best minds or top talent.
