Great place to work, excellent employees. Strong safety culture. Enbridge is a major transportation company for heavy tar sands oil from Canada.

Cons

Random layoffs. Enbridge tried to expand too rapidly and as a result is heavily in debt. Cut the workforce with no regard to past performance or contributions to the company.

Great people, good company, solid values, good benefits, work life balance. Safety is a #1 priority in everything they do. Senior leadership is heavily involved in the well being of their employees.

Cons

Too many organizational changes. Seen great people let go due to re-org changes, although this has got better over time.
