      Pros

      Working at Enchantment has proven to me that for a business to succeed, it must treat its employees with the same respect, gratitude and appreciation that it provides to its customers. Having worked here over two years, I consistently feel valued and eager to return every day. The culture that Enchantment has cultivated, is the number one reason I love working here. A culture based on trust, empowerment and providing luxurious high end service to every single person on property.

      When the economy gets tough layoffs of older higher paid employees are common. Back of house working conditions neglected and unhealthy.

      Pros

      Pay was good. Nice location. The guests were always gracious and the best thing at the job.

      Cons

      Management played favorites. Employees were drug users even top management, some got fired recently. Management provided no support. They talked of respect with only a follow through of obey. No manager wanted to jump in and get hands dirty, all of them continued to put more managers responsibility on employees. Dealing withThe neurosies of the less than fortunate was what I really learned.
