Enchantment provides a culture where individuals who really love to do this thing we do (serve) are rewarded with an environment that celebrates successes, develops skillsets and recognizes those people who truly care. I have nothing but incredible things to say about the culture, leadership, and vision of this company/family! Enchantment "gets it, and I am so proud to work here!"

Friendly staff, beautiful property, idyllic location, great job opportunities with room for advancement with a culture focus on investing in it's employees future.

Cons

I don't feel I have been with the company long enough to weigh in on cons per se, but with the job market being what it is I feel one con would be a lack of qualified applicants makes it hard for others to efficiently do their jobs to the best of their abilities.
