Gross corporate micromanagement without listening to feedback from the employees re: the effectiveness of policies implemented. Patient-centered care gets lost in the process and modifications are not made when brought to their attention.

They could not care less about employee retention. They let ridiculous things slide for terrible employees and punish the ones who actually do their job. I end up doing the work of multiple people on my shift because they have let things get so bad. We have a new CEO that I have never met, she has never introduced herself - not even in an email - to her staff. Management is exhausting and is totally focused on the wrong things. Patient care goes out the window but you better remember to clock in and out for lunch. We have been running at less than 50% census and have been getting called off for multiple shifts in a week. I can not live on one shift, I am the sole provider for my household.
