Pros

They don't make their own schools from the ground up Actually have some decent ideas for child development

Cons

They come into your existing school, rip everything out of it, and don't care what the staff thinks. Ignores staff experience and expertise Ignores staff opinions and desires Tried to stuff rooms as full as possible in the middle of CVOID

Our children's development is at the core of what we do. We accomplish this by making children, teachers and families our priority as demonstrated through our commitment to providing an enriching and safe learning environment. We welcome and value our teacher's experience and are always open to ideas and suggestions how we can improve.

Pros

Pay above average if you know how to negotiate

Cons

Poor leadership over all. Extreme favoritism shown by school leaders. Teachers allowed to bully other teachers. Enrollment is the only priority. Bad leaders stay in place if their enrollment numbers are meet, even if staff turn over is high. Upper management never comes on site. Very disconnected to what really occurs at their schools.
