-Collaboration —encouraged to work with schools within the Endeavor network - Support— a ton of support systems and all willing to go out of their way to help Endeavor strives to build positive relationships. They strive to meet their core values and principles. Endeavor provides positive feedback and constructive criticism. The support system they have created to help the onboarding of new employees is amazing. They make sure that everyone feels welcome and appreciated. Their employees come first and actively listen to their employees. Endeavor supports their employees by providing resources and professional development.

It is difficult to find a con with this company. They are amazing!

Cons

Bought a school I worked at for over 15 years. Fired teachers before winter break so they could siphon every last bit of energy from them all fall, only to rip away well deserved holiday pay, with no severance offered. Cares more about parent opinions than teachers’ expertise. Focus on profits over staff support.
