      Great atmosphere. Challenging work. Passionate employees. Quirky. Not afraid to take risks.

      Cons

      Endicia was just acquired. It will take some time to understand what this means to the company and its employees.

      Pros

      CEO communicates well with employees and very transparent. Allow bring dog to work is a big plus.

      Cons

      Lack of professional trainings in all levels. Need to beef up Engineerings and keep the technologies more up to date.

      Friendly & fun environment; management works hard to hide the not-so-nice goings on.

      Cons

      Management is approximately 75% composed of people whose primary interest is "status quo above all else" and as such have a very very hard time registering and taking criticism of any kind.
