Endsight is a great place to work. Everyone at here is friendly and willing to have your back. It is the first company I have been a part of that really values the employee's and knows that employee's are people to. Endsight is always growing and finding new opportunities for people to grow into, that's just part of the culture. To work at Endsight, you need the ambition and desire to always learn and grow as well as a good attitude. But if you are willing to work with Endsight, they are willing to work with you.

Cons

The company could use a little more organization and communication across departments.

Awesome company culture, everyone at Endsight is focused on learning and developing their skills and I've gotten waaaay better (in less time) here than at previous IT jobs. Lots of opportunities, fair process for promotion. Endsight is a place you can actually be a nice person at work, feel relaxed and really do great work. If you like technology, want to get better fast and love having a way serve others everyday this a good fit. I made friends fast here which was great. The healthcare coverage is great, full family coverage--this is rare for a smaller company in my experience. Shows they value their people. Another thing I appreciate is the fact that I can be on a first name basis with the CEO.

Cons

Under market pay --you do get good experience fast here so maybe that's the trade off? Antiquated Vacation/Sick policy vs. PTO

Great culture, will make good friends (co-workers), learn the fundamentals. You will enjoy working with these persons. This does make up for the lower pay.

Cons

Lower end pay spectrum.
