Pros

I have been at Endsight for about 5 years. It's been very rewarding and a great experience for me. The culture is great! The way the people here embrace it, is why I'm still here. It's a place we can courageously learn while we have each others back. Plus, we have a lot of fun doing it.

Pros

I left Endsight and came back. The main reason: Endsight has a culture that makes me feel valued and supported. I feel like I can take risks at Endsight. I feel like I can speak my mind at Endsight. I work with people that I consider friends at Endsight. I feel like my hard work is rewarded at Endsight.

Cons

Lots of local travel (windshield time) Longer hours - I work longer than a 40 hour week every week High accountability - always constructive, but not always that comfortable Learning is highly valued, but not facilitated as well as it could be. It's on me to seek out what I need. That's not always so easy.

Pros

Everyone is very supportive towards each other and cares about doing what's right for the client. It's a good team environment. Training, mentor-ship, and one-on-one support is provided. Owners are open to ideas and improvements. Fun atmosphere - stocked fridge, lunches, after-work gatherings, and in-house gym. They really emphasize "bringing your whole self" to work. They emphasize constant learning, both personally and professionally. I would definitely recommend working here as a starting position. Medical included.

Cons

Lower than expected salary for my skill set. Overall perks could be better and more in-line with a typical tech company. Sick-time renewed every year, so you started from zero hours
