Cons

The business is growing and changing a lot. This isn't a bad thing and it keeps a consistent culture. You just need to be able to adapt to change.

Since arriving at Endisght I have seen nothing but opportunity. Everyone here is so willing to help each other succeed and solve problems. Education is important to everyone you interact with here at Endsight. At Endsight their are lots of opportunities to grow professionally.

Cons

Sometimes you can get so busy its easy to lose track of time.

Pros

Management team cares. From the top down they have a growth mindset always pushing people to expand themselves and giving opportunities to do it. The company stated core and aspirational values align with what you see day to day. There are a lot of good people that work hard, have fun, and build lasting relationships. This is an MSP so the demands are high which I wouldn't say is a negative as it allows you to build yourself and skillset quickly and be exposed to things that you may not see in traditional silo'd IT.
