Pros

The company feels like a real team. Questions are answered promptly and never in a condescending manner. Engagement from management is always excellent.

Cons

Hours can sometimes be long due to early morning or late-night projects, but it does balance out. If working late, it is not gone unnoticed, and you can take time off earlier in the day or work the overtime. Pay could be a little more competitive.

Pros

Growing. But they won’t pay what you’re worth, until the position is repersoned. Used to be a company of integrity. Now it is not.

Cons

Expect to be cornered into groupthink. If you don’t 100% agree with leadership, don’t expect to keep your job long. You’re not allowed to question leadership, or those in the “inner circle.” My pay was restricted no matter how much I brought industry facts to light… until I left the company. Only *now* are they willing to pay market rates. But they know *best.* Watch for owner retaliation and anti-fact drowning on these legitimate facts.
